My company in the past in the fan-shaped insulated core cable, sometimes the core will turn over, which not only fails to reduce the core diameter, reduce the cost of the design purpose, but also serious damage to the cable, affecting the appearance of the cable l in order to prevent the core to turn over, the need for frequent pre-twisting of the core, not only a serious impact on productivity, but also to the pre-twisting equipment caused by damage. In order to solve this problem, the principle of repeated demonstration and practical tests, we found that the following set of simple fan-shaped rolling wheel device, can completely eliminate the fan-shaped core into the cable turn over.
1. Program measures

3. Operation
