Aluminum alloy rod continuous casting and rolling process

  Conductor pressing process

  Conductor annealing process

  Conductor annealing to follow three principles: annealing temperature, annealing time, the amount of loading disk.

  Annealing temperature: annealing temperature should be higher than the temperature of complete recrystallization, but lower than the temperature of excessive grain growth.

  Annealing time: in order to ensure that the internal and external conductor monofilament are fully recrystallized under the conditions, try to take the lower limit of time, in order to improve production efficiency and reduce power consumption.

  The amount of loading disk: the size of the conductor loading disk amount of conductor annealing performance has a direct impact, as far as possible to choose the amount of loading disk similar annealing treatment, try to avoid annealing during the day, the amount of loading furnace is best to load a full.

  Aluminum alloy with interlocking armor process

  Interlocking armor is a single-layer armor structure, which is characterized by aluminum alloy belt pre-pressing into "S" shape surface, with the cable core as the center of the rotating wrapped in the outside of the cable core, each section of the "S" shape surface of their own interlocking, forming a layer of self-locking armored sheath. Armor with 5000 series aluminum alloy belt, has good forming and processing performance, high strength, especially high fatigue strength, corrosion resistance and good welding, but poor cutting performance.
